For sale is a very beautiful and rare sun yellow to darkish yellow translucent Burmese amber bracelet. This amber piece is mined in Burma and fashioned into beads. The beads are round or ovalish, vary from opaque to semi-translucent with great variation of texture and interesting properties. It fits the hands of both man and woman of small to medium size. The beads are approx. 10mm in size.
The Burmese amber is a very rare type in comparison to more abundant types such as the Russian, Costa Rican, Indonesian or Baltic, and is sought after by collectors. We are fortunate to have acquired a small quantity from a family that mines such amber from Burma to offer to you.
