Our Return Policy
The items we send sealed with the original packaging (never opened before) will not be accepted as return once they have been opened by the buyer.
If a buyer doesn't receive their item, they're entitled to a refund or a replacement unless we can provide tracking information showing that it was delivered.
But if the buyer receives the item damaged or faulty, we will refund them or replace the item, even if we don't offer returns in this item. In these cases, the buyer assumes the cost of shipping and we will be reimbursing the amount paid for the item.

by any involuntary error on our part the item
doesn't match the listing description, we will return to the customer the total amount of the purchase (Cost of the item + Shipping)
If the buyer chooses and pays for their own shipping service, we do not assume any responsibility for damage, lost or deteriorate to the item during the shipping process.
If the item was sent with
insurance coverage
, and it is lost or deteriorated, the buyer must give us all their support to process the claim, as a condition to receive the
