    Description

    W. R. Case & Sons straight razor. Beautiful, Black plastic handles in perfect condition. The blade is Carbon steel 5/8" round tip with a hollow grind and factory Case etching. The handles are 5 1/2" long & have 2 brass pins. These were produced in 2001 and 2002 as a very limited edition series of German made knives and straight razors. There were six different straight razors and close to a dozen knives in the collection that were made in Solingen, Germany. Of the razors, three had bone handles (grey, green, and red), two with plastic (black & blonde), and the last was Mother of Pearl. On the front of the blade the tang is stamped "W. R. Case & Sons Cutlery Co." and sterile on the back of the blade. This mint straight razor comes in the original W. R. Case & Sons blue two-piece coffin box. There was said to be 500 of each of the six different razors made in 2001, and they were suppose to make around that same number the following year, in 2002, so this is a pretty rare find. Please, if you have any questions whatsoever let me know and I will do my best to answer. I will ship the razor the same day I receive payment as long as I get it early enough so I have time to get to the Post Office & will send it via Priority with insurance. I'll provide the tracking info a few minutes after having it in hand. Thanks and have a good one.
